Accessibility Statement
Last updated: {13th of August 2025]
AV Talent is committed to making our website easy to use for everyone. We want as many people as possible to be able to navigate, understand and interact with our content, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the site. This means we work to provide consistent structure, readable content, good colour contrast, and full keyboard access for all key features.
How we design and build
We use semantic HTML so headings, links and forms are announced correctly by screen readers. Images include meaningful alternative text where appropriate. Interactive components can be reached and used with a keyboard. Text reflows on different screen sizes and you can zoom your browser without losing content or functionality.
Where the site works best
The site is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile. It also works with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnifiers. If you use older browsers or very old devices some pages may not display perfectly.
What we are doing to improve
We review the site regularly and fix issues that affect accessibility. This includes internal checks against WCAG 2.2 and periodic audits with external specialists. New content and features are reviewed before they go live.
Known issues
If you find an accessibility problem that is not listed here, please tell us so we can fix it. Known issues will be recorded in this section with an expected fix date.
Feedback and contact
If you need information on this website in a different format or if you cannot access a page or feature, contact us and tell us what you need.
Email: info@avtalent.co.uk
Please include the web address of the page and a brief description of the problem. We will get back to you and do our best to help.
Enforcement and complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service for advice. They can explain your rights under the Equality Act 2010 and what you can do next.
